The channel that is currently available is the aerobics channel. You can find it here at https://kaizen4health.com/channels/aerobics A new 4-minute exercise video starts every hour on the hour.  There are 4 different exercise options each day and a total of 20 different exercises running throughout the week.  More exercises will be added as soon as possible.

Monday - Reverse Lunges, High Knees, Hamstring Curls, Jumping Jacks
Tuesday - Skip, Arm  Swings, Arm Raises, Leg Touch
Wednesday - Jabs, Leg Raise Twist, Side Steps, Grapevine
Thursday - Upper Cuts, Speed Skater, Twists, The Heisman
Friday - Side Skip, Right/Left Hook, Side Lunges, Knee-Elbow Combo
Saturday - Reverse Lunges, High Knees, Hamstring Curls, Jumping Jacks
Sunday Skip, Arm Swings, Arm Raises, Leg Touch
