This channel offers both high impact and low impact aerobics. You can find it here at https://kaizen4health.com/channels/aerobics There are 4 different exercise options each day and a total of 20 different exercises running throughout the week.  More exercises will be added as soon as possible.

Seniors

The channel was made for my mom (Who has bad knees), with the help of a Kinesiologist but everybody can use it too!  50% of the exercises are standing. 50% are seated.  Exercises that can be done in bed will be added soon.There are 4 different exercise options each day and a total of 20 different exercises running throughout the week.  More exercises will be added as soon as possible. The seniors channel is temporarily on hiatus and will be back as soon as possible.

Monday - Arm raises with side taps, Seated leg arm combo, Arm swings with cross taps, Seated side boxing
Tuesday - Bend Forward With Arm Swings, Seated Rowing, Front Boxing With Heel Taps, Seated Side Reaches
Wednesday - Hamstring curls with elbow flex, Seated Core Twists with Knee Lifts, Overhead arm raises with backward toe taps, Seated Arms Overhead with Knee Lift
Thursday - Rowing, Seated Overhead Arm Swings, Side Boxing, Seated Star Jumps
Friday - Side Steps With Lateral Arm Raises, Seated Cross Touches, Side Twists With Leg Lifts, Seated Up and Down flutter 
Saturday - Arm raises with side taps, Seated leg arm combo, Arm swings with cross taps, Seated side boxing
Sunday Bend Forward With Arm Swings, Seated Rowing, Front Boxing With Heel Taps, Seated Side Reaches
